WaterFix® Residential is one of the ways we can you to save water at home. Our qualified WaterFix® plumbers will check for leaks and do minor repairs. They can supply and install water efficient showerheads, taps and toilets for you, too.

How do you know if you have a leak?
Sometimes it's easy to see (or hear) a leaking tap or fixture, but leaks aren't always easy to spot. Before you call, find out how to do some simple leak detection tests.

What services we provide

We send a qualified plumber to check your home for leaking taps and fittings. They’ll discuss any repair work needed, suggest water efficient devices, and do any additional repairs you agree to.

They’ll also supply and install new showerheads, taps and toilets. You can choose from our Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) 4-star standard range – all with a 3-month workmanship warranty – or they’ll install a unit you provide. Either way, we’ll take away the old one.

How to get up-front savings right now

For a limited time only, we’re helping you save more up front so you can make the changes you need, with:

  • just a $33 fee per callout (normally $60)
  • no Saturday surcharge (normally $110)
  • minor leaks repaired for free (normally $33 per leak)
  • selected aerators and showerheads replaced and installed for free
  • up to 50% off selected new toilet suites to replace single-flush toilet suites.

Note: Leaking tap repairs do not include repairs to all mixers, ceramic cartridge taps or quarter turn mixing taps.

How to book 

Our qualified plumbers are available from 7.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays. Request a WaterFix® Residential appointment online or call 1800 807 475.

All prices include removing and disposing of existing items, plus installing new items, and any charges will be added to your next Sydney Water bill. Conditions apply.
